Consultation
Developing a psychologically and trauma informed culture has become a passion of mine. This means using my knowledge, skills and expertise to work with organisations to help them support themselves and their workforce. I have particular expertise in:
- Stress management and wellbeing
- Increasing awareness of CNBC and how to make the workplace more inclusive for this group
- Dementia awareness
- Making services trauma informed
