I saw Sarah for about one year for treatment for long standing (~15 years+) anxiety, panic attacks and phobias. The particular therapy I underwent was EMDR.
With Sarah I have managed to achieve incredible clinical and personal improvement with my anxiety and panic - which had limited my life previously. Within the first session Sarah had already recommended a very tailored approach to my issues, not relying on the rote cognitive behavioural or talking therapies I had tried before.
Before my time with Sarah, I believed there wasn’t much hope in improving my anxiety as it seemed so deeply ingrained and longstanding, but this was wrong. Several months on from discharge my anxiety remains minimal, and I am able to achieve things that once seemed impossible.
Sarah herself is very affable while remaining deeply professional and knowledgeable.

I can't recommend Sarah highly enough. I've struggled with chronically low self-esteem for years and had tried everything - talking therapies, medication, CBT, psychotherapy, you name it! Then I found Sarah. While I didn’t have a specific traumatic event to address, Sarah explained how EMDR could still be effective for my anxiety and constant self-doubt. She explained the process really clearly and was patient when I found it difficult to start with. She also helped me to understand that my feelings were all normal; it was their intensity and duration that needed to change and EMDR helped enormously with that. I can now perform at work, where I often have to give presentations to big audiences, without the overwhelming anxiety I once had. And if I do feel something hasn’t gone very well, I no longer agonise and replay it endlessly in my mind - everything just feels like it’s in proportion. Working with Sarah has genuinely been life changing for me and I’m so grateful to her.
